- Part-time, Full-time, Contract About the Role Copper and Oak Construction is expanding our team and seeking reliable, experienced tradespeople who take pride in their craft.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations Precision Trade Work:
Deliver high-quality craftsmanship across our active job sites, specializing in residential/commercial building phases.Site Support:
Assist with essential day-to-day operations, including material handling, loading/unloading, and general labor support.Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace and strictly adhere to safety protocols.Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with our crew and execute directions seamlessly from project leadership. What You Bring to the Team We are looking for well-rounded professionals with proven, hands-on experience in at least two of the following specialties:Structural Framing:
Solid background in rough carpentry and framing.Exterior Installations:
Expert door and window installation, including proper flashing techniques, plus siding and exterior trim work.Finish Carpentry:
Detailed interior trim and cabinetry/molding installation.Surface Finishing:
Professional tile setting and layout experience.Physical & General Requirements Dependability:
A proven track record of punctual, consistent daily attendance.Physical Capability:
Ability to comfortably lift heavy materials, work on your feet throughout the day, and adapt to changing outdoor weather conditions.Tool Proficiency:
Confident operation of standard power tools and comprehensive knowledge of modern building principles.Pay:
