As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Technician Helper to support our roofing technicians on job sites. Position Overview The Technician Helper assists experienced roofing technicians with daily job-site operations. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in the commercial roofing industry and offers opportunities for growth and advancement for dependable team members. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation and repair of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, metal, and other systems Load, unload, and transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment Remove debris and old roofing materials from job sites Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment Operate basic hand and power tools as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions Basic construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Good communication skills Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Weekly direct deposit Healthcare insurance (eligible after 90 days of employment) 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to $500 Company-provided phone Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued up to 40 hours per year $15,000 company-paid life insurance (eligible after 90 days of employment) Schedule Full-time Overtime and occasional weekends as needed Equal Opportunity Employer Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
