We are growing rapidly and looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Panhandle operations team. Position Summary As a Field Technician , you will be a key member of our exterior restoration and waterproofing crew. You'll assist with a variety of hands-on tasks—ranging from façade repair and sealant work to pressure washing and coating applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a crew that values safety, precision, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Perform exterior building maintenance, repairs, and waterproofing services under supervision Safely operate lifts, scaffolding, and power equipment Apply sealants, coatings, and waterproofing materials with attention to detail Assist with setup, cleanup, and daily site organization Follow all company and OSHA safety standards Support the Superintendent and Project Manager with project needs and updates Qualifications Previous experience in construction, waterproofing, or exterior maintenance preferred (we will train the right candidate) Ability to work at heights using swing stages, lifts, or scaffolding Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different job sites Strong work ethic, communication, and teamwork skills Must pass pre-employment screening and safety training What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Paid training and certifications (including safety and lift operation) Opportunity for growth within a national organization Join the Valcourt Team At Valcourt, we believe in investing in our people.
