In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople and project managers in executing residential remodeling projects. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will help ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling industry while contributing to inspiring home transformations. Duties Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and finishing work Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision Support the installation of fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and appliances Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project specifications Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, protecting existing structures, and organizing materials Conduct basic inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations Collaborate with team members on demolition, restoration, masonry, roofing, stucco application, and concrete finishing projects Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites and remodeling projects preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment safely Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics is a plus Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, or welding is advantageous Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively in a team environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build a career in residential construction or remodeling.
