Job Description

Northwest Glass is looking for a hardworking and dependable Commercial Glass Helper to assist our glazing crews with commercial glass installation projects. This position is ideal for someone wanting to learn the trade and build a career in the commercial construction industry. No prior glazing experience is required, but construction experience is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities Assist glaziers with installing:
Storefront systems Glass doors Aluminum framing Curtain walls Mirrors and specialty glass Load, unload, and transport materials safely Help maintain tools, equipment, and job sites Measure and prepare materials Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule Perform general labor duties as needed Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to work in varying weather conditions Dependable and punctual Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for overtime On-the-job training Advancement opportunities within the company Company-provided tools/equipment Schedule Monday-Friday Day shift Overtime available when needed Apply Today Call Jackie Reed (865-776-9828) for more information.
