Roof Repair Tech

Bayfront Roofing & Construction is hiring experienced Residential Roofers to join our growing team in the Coastal Bend. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing and exterior construction. We are looking for roofers who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and understand the importance of doing the job right the first time. Compensation:

$20 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

Remove and install residential shingle roofing systems Install underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and decking as required Perform roof repairs according to the project scope Ensure work meets building code and company quality standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate effectively with crew members and project managers

Qualifications:
