Position:

Labor Helper / Crew Member (2-Man Team)

Pay:

$18 per hour (straight time - no overtime premium)

Location:

Frequent travel across the United States (home base Fort Worth) We are a small, fast-paced business experiencing a significant surplus of work and are looking to hire a reliable Labor Helper to join our 2-man crew. This is a hands-on laborer role in a volatile industry where work volume can fluctuate, but the current demand is high.

What You'll Do:

Perform general labor duties as part of a small 2-person crew Travel extensively across the country for job sites Assist with setup, breakdown, loading/unloading, and on-site work Expect roughly half of all hours to be spent riding in the company vehicle traveling between jobs No heavy responsibilities or specialized skills required — this is a straightforward labor position focused on getting the job done.

Compensation & Benefits:

$18/hour straight time (anything over 40 hours is paid at the same rate) All food and lodging covered while traveling — very little out-of-pocket expense (personal items only) Opportunity to convert to full-time if work remains steady

Someone reliable, hardworking, and able to travel for extended periods Positive attitude and team-player mentality Able to handle physical labor and long days on the road Valid driver's license preferred (but not required for the helper role) Physical Requirements & Work Environment This role involves hands-on work at heights and in demanding site conditions.

Candidates must be:

Comfortable working at heights, including frequent use of scissor lifts, boom lifts, ladders, and similar equipment. Physically capable of frequently lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 lbs. Able to remain on your feet for extended periods while performing tasks on job sites. Tolerant of challenging environments, including working in ceilings, canopies, hot conditions, and all types of weather (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Travel & Lodging Crew members will travel to job sites and share lodging in Airbnbs or hotels. The ability to live and work cooperatively in shared spaces is essential. This is a physically demanding position best suited for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and thrive in active, outdoor/indoor industrial settings.
