Job Summary We are seeking energetic and skilled Roofers to join our dynamic construction team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of commercial and residential buildings. Your expertise will help ensure our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Install new roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials according to project specifications and safety standards Repair or replace damaged roofing components, including shingles, metal panels, tiles, and membrane systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, framing, or applying underlayment as needed for proper adhesion and durability Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes Maintain a clean and organized work site, including proper handling of tools such as caulking guns, tile cutters, and fabrication equipment Skills Strong knowledge of roofing techniques combined with experience in construction estimating and blueprint reading Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers) and power tools (nail guns, drills) used in roofing applications Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Experience with related trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, or metal stud framing is a plus Skilled in using schematics for installation planning and troubleshooting issues on-site Knowledge of restoration work including stucco application or tile laying enhances versatility in project scope Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship, eager to learn new skills in roofing and construction, and ready to contribute to projects that make a lasting impact!
