This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial roofing while working alongside experienced roofing professionals. In this role, you will assist with roof repairs, leak investigations, maintenance projects, and service work on a variety of commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn and grow within the industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with commercial roof repairs, maintenance, and leak investigations Remove and install roofing materials including insulation, membranes, flashings, and metal components Perform work according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices Maintain professional interactions with customers and property managers Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and job-ready Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements Travel to job sites throughout the Houston metropolitan area Support lead technicians with daily service and repair activities Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of roofing, construction, or related field experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and performing demanding tasks Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company benefits Paid Time Off after 90 days Steady, year-round work Paid OSHA training and professional certification opportunities Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Why Join Us?
