Roofing Technician

Roofing Technician We are looking for a reliable Roofing Technician with prior hands-on roofing repair experience. This position requires field repair work, troubleshooting, leak detection, safe use of roofing tools, and the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Core Duties:

Perform roof troubleshooting, leak detection, and repair work in the field. Respond to emergency roof repair calls, especially during adverse weather conditions. Communicate professionally with customers, management, install crews, and service personnel by phone, text, email, and in person. Review and respond to callbacks or recalls, including resolving customer concerns. Follow all company safety procedures. Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

Prior hands-on roofing repair experience is required. Experience with roof repairs, troubleshooting, leak detection, and basic roofing tools. Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible with work hours. Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. General knowledge of power tools and safe tool usage. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Must be able to pass random drug testing. Able to climb ladders, work on roofs and scaffolding, and work in hot, cold, noisy, cramped, or hazardous conditions. Must wear required safety gear and follow all safety rules.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
