About Liberty Foundation Repair Liberty Foundation Repair is a Texas-based foundation repair company dedicated to protecting homeowners' most valuable asset—their home. We specialize in foundation stabilization, house leveling, concrete repair, drainage solutions, crawl space repair, and structural support systems throughout Texas. We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our installation team. Position Summary Foundation Repair Installers work directly with crew leaders and foremen to complete residential and commercial foundation repair projects. Installers assist with excavation, pier installation, concrete work, crawl space repairs, drainage systems, poly foam injection, and general construction duties while maintaining a safe and professional job site. Responsibilities Install foundation repair systems including: Concentric piers Helical piers Slab piers Crawl space support systems Drainage systems Poly foam injection systems Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist with excavation and site preparation Load and unload equipment and materials Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate professionally with homeowners when necessary Work outdoors in various weather conditions Travel to job sites throughout assigned service areas Assist with concrete removal and replacement when needed Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required Foundation repair experience is a plus Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly Ability to work in crawl spaces, trenches, and confined areas Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the company Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing for extended periods Working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding labor throughout the workday Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Performance bonuses Overtime opportunities Career advancement opportunities On-the-job training Stable year-round work Why Join Liberty Foundation Repair?
