Skilled Residential Framer

We are a growing residential remodeling company focused on high-quality, detail-driven construction, and we are looking for an experienced Framer to join our team. This is a non-exempt role. This position is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in precision framing and understands the structural importance behind every build. While framing is the primary role, candidates must be willing to support other aspects of construction as needed — we value team players who contribute across the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential framing for remodels, additions, and structural modifications Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project plans Ensure framing is level, plumb, and built to code Work on structural elements including walls, ceilings, and roof framing Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Assist with general labor and support other trades when needed

Qualifications:

Required:

Residential framing experience (remodeling/additions preferred) Strong understanding of structural framing methods and building standards Ability to work with precision and attention to detail Willingness to assist outside of framing when needed Dependable, punctual, and professional Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Travel required regularly in San Antonio, Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, etc.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.75 per hour
