Residential Construction Helper Byars Construction, LLC - Victoria, TX About the Role We are looking for a dependable Residential Construction Helper to join our team. This position supports our Lead Builders on a variety of home projects, from tear-outs to final touches. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to work with experienced tradespeople, this is a great opportunity. Daily Duties Carry out basic construction tasks such as moving materials, site prep, and cleanup . Work with the crew on demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and trim work . Use both hand tools and power equipment safely. Maintain a tidy and safe job site by following all company safety standards . Stay in communication with supervisors and coworkers to keep projects moving. What We're Looking For Experience in home building, remodeling, or a related trade . Physically able to lift, bend, and work outdoors in changing weather. Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to take direction. A quick learner with a strong work ethic.
