We are hiring a full-time Radon Mitigation Technician to join our install team and lead installations on our second service truck. This is a W-2 employee position with hourly pay, performance bonuses, a company truck, and company-provided tools. This is not a contractor role, franchise opportunity, or commission-only position. Job Summary The Radon Mitigation Technician is responsible for installing active soil depressurization systems in residential homes across the Wasatch Front. The technician will be assigned a service truck and will work alongside a helper on each job. This is a hands-on installation role for an experienced tradesperson. Responsibilities Install active soil depressurization (radon mitigation) systems in residential homes Diagnose and complete challenging installations including slab-on-grade, crawl space, sub-slab, and sump-based systems Operate the assigned company service truck and work with a company-provided helper Build clean, code-compliant systems that pass post-mitigation testing on the first attempt Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during and after each install Maintain truck organization, stock inventory, and ensure tools and materials are job-ready Maintain a clean work area at each job site and minimize callbacks through quality workmanship Follow all

installation standards Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on radon mitigation installation experience required (more preferred) Experience with radon fans such as Festa, Fantech, or RadonAway Experience with sealing, vapor barrier installation, and sub-slab system work Knowledge of
