With offices in eight states across the country and a growing workforce of over 700 employees, ION Solar is providing a simple, affordable way for homeowners to switch to solar. Pre Install Coordinators contribute to Ion Solar by auditing accounts and scheduling solar installs. When a solar project meets the necessary requirements and enters the queue, coordinators conduct a multi-point audit. This will determine whether or not the install is ready to schedule. If an account is ready, the customer is contacted using various channels to explain the installation process and coordinate the install date. Coordinators also monitor and maintain various queues for accounts that are not install-ready to track status changes and keep the project on track. Each coordinator is asked to schedule a set amount of installs daily, contributing to the department goals and company mission.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Audit accounts to either a pass status or disposition based on fail reason Monitor queues and dashboards - Zero out daily Daily follow up of all existing installation tickets in the assigned jurisdiction Contact customers via phone, text and email Ensuring the next days schedule is 100% filled Meet department scheduling goals daily Understand IONs mission and the impact of every individual Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required Customer service experience required Solar experience preferred
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
