  • Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Renovation Specialist to lead and execute a wide range of renovation projects across residential and commercial properties.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing renovation tasks from initial assessment through completion, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform spaces efficiently and effectively, bringing innovative solutions to every project. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute design plans Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites Perform construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project Manage subcontractors and vendors while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members Apply construction estimating techniques to accurately assess project costs and resource needs Execute restoration work including plastering, stucco application, caulking, and general repair work Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and hardware with precision Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local building codes during all phases of renovation Requirements Proven experience in construction management, remodeling, or renovation projects with a strong background in site supervision Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Hands-on experience with various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools for project documentation Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure quality control throughout projects Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for diverse renovation tasks Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes applicable to renovation work Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements Join us as a Renovation Specialist if you're eager to bring spaces to life through expert craftsmanship!
