This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent opportunities for growth. We are willing to train the right person! If you have a background in construction or physical labor and are eager to learn a skilled trade, we will provide the training you need to build a career in concrete cutting. What You Will Do (Responsibilities) As a Concrete Cutting Assistant, you will support our skilled operators and learn the trade from the ground up. Assist operators in the field with technical tasks, including wall sawing, flat sawing, and core drilling. Perform physical labor, including some demolition, site setup, and cleanup. Help with light mechanical work and general maintenance in the shop. Handle and move materials and equipment safely. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols at all times. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

Experience:

Some experience in construction or related manual labor is required.

Driver's License:

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Driving Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required. Screening Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening throughout employment. Must be able to pass a background check. (Job sites may exclude certain felonies). Physical & Work Environment Demands Ability to lift, push, and pull75 lbs. or more repeatedly. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow). Ability to work a flexible swing schedule, which may include days, nights, weekends, or occasional out-of-town work as projects require. Why Work With Us? Starting pay is based on your experience.
