Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Pool Renovation Helper to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in assisting with the renovation and restoration of swimming pools, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Assist skilled technicians with pool renovation tasks such as plastering, tile laying, and concrete finishing Support demolition and removal of old pool components safely and efficiently Help with the installation of plumbing, electrical systems, and other structural elements Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to perform various renovation activities Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, safety barriers, and equipment needed for construction tasks Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure precise execution of renovation plans Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on site Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment safely Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans is a plus Knowledge of construction processes such as concrete forming, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and masonry is advantageous Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional) Experience with Bluebeam software or construction management tools Background in plumbing or electrical work related to pool systems Skills in fabrication, carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing or glass installation Knowledge of restoration or hardscape construction techniques Join our team to help transform pools into stunning aquatic retreats!
