Roofer Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and roofing, with the ability to perform various tasks related to roof installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various roofing tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation. Perform heavy lifting as required during roofing projects. Engage in carpentry tasks including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing. Participate in concrete forming and masonry work as needed. Apply caulking and other materials for sealing roofs. Collaborate with team members on construction site activities to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration. Support restoration efforts on existing roofs as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or roofing environments is preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to roofing tasks. Understanding of concrete forming, fabrication, plumbing, welding, tile laying, and maintenance person skills is advantageous. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience with stucco application is desirable. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety protocols on construction sites. Previous experience in remodeling or restoration projects is beneficial.
