  • General Contractor (non structural construction services)
  • Office Installation Moves
  • Landscape Maintenance (Including Snow & Ice during the winter months) We are looking for crew members that are willing to learn and to pitch in and get the job done, no matter what the days tasks are.
With a wider scope of services provided, it alleviates the monotony of doing the same task day in and day out. All of our current crew have a wide skill set & are able to support whatever tasks are ahead of us for the day. But we have more work than we can keep up with & are looking for additional help to add to the team. We typically dispatch direct to site. Most our work is done in the Arlington / Everett / Seattle area. On occasion farther south. Must have a valid drivers license and transportation. Pay rate depends on experience and performance. Starting pay is $22.00 + depending on experience for 90 days to allow us to review your abilities and performance. Experience is preferred but will train. A construction background or carpentry background is very helpful. Looking for full time, honest, hardworking, clean cut, candidates to add to our crew. Job Requirements

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to work overtime as needed.
  • Either office furniture experience or a construction background preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to appropriately interact with customers
