Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential. Your expertise will help ensure the durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' structures. Responsibilities Install new roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials according to project specifications and safety standards Repair and replace damaged or worn roofing components on existing structures with precision and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and roofing plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs Prepare roofs for installation by framing, laying out materials, and performing necessary surface preparations Conduct inspections of completed work to verify quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines Assist with other construction tasks such as framing, siding, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, or restoration projects as needed Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work site Skills experience with construction estimating and planning for roofing projects Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels), power tools (e.g., nail guns, drills), and heavy equipment background in construction site experience with knowledge of safety protocols Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with various roofing materials including metal, asphalt shingles, tiles, or membrane systems

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
