Duties Assist roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, safety barriers, and material staging Carry materials such as shingles, metal panels, and framing components to designated areas on the roof Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials and equipment around the job site Read blueprints, schematics, and roofing plans to ensure accurate project execution Support with framing, metal stud framing, or concrete forming tasks as needed for roofing structures Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of debris Requirements Prior construction site experience or familiarity with roofing projects preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment safely Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights in various weather conditions Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics related to roofing or construction projects Willingness to learn about construction estimating, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco work, masonry, welding, tile laying, plumbing, remodeling or restoration tasks Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards Valid driver's license is a plus; ability to travel between job sites as required Join us today to build your career in construction!
