We are currently looking for a Licensed Septic Installer to join our growing team. Responsibilities Install residential and commercial septic systems Read and interpret site plans and system layouts Operate excavation equipment safely and efficiently Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and homeowners Ensure installations meet Wisconsin state and local code requirements Perform grading, trenching, and site preparation Maintain equipment and job site cleanliness Work as part of a dependable, team-oriented crew Qualifications Valid Wisconsin Septic Installer License Experience with conventional and mound septic systems preferred Ability to operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, self-motivated, and professional What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Year-round work opportunities Family-oriented work environment Supportive team culture Opportunity for growth and advancement Company equipment and tools provided Paid time off and benefits available based on experience If you're looking for a stable career with a company that values quality work and good people, we'd love to hear from you.
