As a Commercial Roofer , you'll be part of a skilled team that installs and repairs flat roofing systems on commercial buildings. We're looking for someone with construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to craftsmanship. You'll work as part of a supportive crew that values teamwork, communication, and doing the job right the first time. Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation and repair of commercial flat roofing systems Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup Utilize hand and power tools to repair and replace roofing materials Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite at all times Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Learn and apply new skills related to commercial roofing tools and techniques Assist in heavy lifting and the installation of roofing components

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Minimum of 2 years of construction experience required Commercial flat roofing experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing and construction Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes Valid driver's license required Willingness to travel (not overnight) Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various outdoor conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic
