Job Description

Overview We're hiring a professional who takes real pride in their craft, someone who knows the difference between getting the job done and doing it right . As a Skilled Remodel and Install Laborer, you'll be part of a close-knit remodeling team that delivers high-end kitchen and bath transformations across North Central West Virginia. From custom cabinetry and flooring to precision tile work and detailed finishes, every project you touch will be a reflection of quality, care, and professionalism. This is a role for someone is seeking a seasonal position who shows up sharp, communicates well, and is as comfortable with clients as they are with tools.
Schedule:
M-TH 4x10's Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Assist in construction management tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within specifications. Engage in construction estimating to provide accurate assessments of project costs and resources needed. Install cabinetry, tile, countertops, flooring, hardware, and plumbing fixtures with precision and care Assist with full-scope remodels including demo, framing, and finishing work Read and follow detailed layouts and measurements with accuracy Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional treating each home with respect Coordinate daily with project foreman and team members to ensure timelines stay on track Think ahead, solve problems on-site, and represent the team with professionalism Collaborate with team members on various construction tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols to minimize hazards on the construction site. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Qualifications Proven experience in skilled labor or related fields within the construction industry. Proficiency in blueprint reading 2+ years of experience in remodeling, finish carpentry, or cabinetry installation Strong understanding of measurements, leveling, materials, and tool safety Self-driven with high personal standards—you take pride in clean, finished work Comfortable working directly with homeowners, designers, and other trades Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within 60 miles of Morgantown Physically fit for hands-on work, able to lift 75+ lbs and manage physical demands of remodeling Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site at all times. $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
