Job Description Job Description Job Description As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, bending, forming, and fabricating sheet metal parts and assemblies to specification. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in working with fabrication equipment, including Laser cutting machines. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Operate fabrication machinery including shears, brakes, and Laser cutting machines. Perform precise measuring, layout, and cutting of sheet metal materials. Bend and form sheet metal components to meet job specifications. Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy. Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience required. Proven experience with shearing, bending, and forming sheet metal. Experience and working knowledge of laser cutting machines. Some MIG welding experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
