Sheet Metal Fabricator

Job Overview We are a small family owned company seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal fabrication and a strong understanding of various metalworking techniques. We fabricate for residential and commercial rain gutter companies and general contractors for any metal needs on new builds and/ or metal projects. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications. Utilize power tools, auto brake equipment, and mechanical shear equipment. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the shop. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and improve fabrication processes. Qualifications Proven experience in metal fabrication, specifically with sheet metal work. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. Strong skills in using power tools effectively. Familiarity with mechanical sheet metal equipment. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
