Additional Perks + 401(k) + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Employee assistance program + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Paid Lunch (30 minutes) + Referral program + Vision insurance Responsibilities & Expectations + Set up and operate Sheet Metal Equipment + Perform forming operations such as hydroforming, forming, punching, coining, sizing, drawing, and related support operations. + Check required dimensions using calipers, micrometers, height gages, and other inspection devices. + Follow written instructions and drawings. + Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures. Qualifications and Education Requirements + Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent + Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US + Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required. + Must be able to proficiently read and interpret Aerospace blueprints + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment + Highschool diploma or equivalent + Self-motivated, self-starter Physical Requirements The physical requirements of this position include but are not limited to those listed below. + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, writing and typing + Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds + Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, grasping, twisting, bending and repetitive motion + The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc. To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
