About the Role Pioneer Roofing Company is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Installer to join our crew in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing architectural and commercial roofing sheet metal assemblies, works well with a crew, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. A safety-first attitude is a must. Responsibilities Install architectural sheet metal assemblies including flashing, counter flashing, coping cap, wall panels, roof panels, gutters, downspouts, and scuppers Perform layouts — measure, mark, and align sheet metal components on-site Maneuver, fasten, and anchor large sheet metal parts securely Fabricate or alter parts on-site as needed to meet field conditions Communicate effectively with crew members, foreman, and project manager Maintain neat, orderly project sites per safety and housekeeping standards Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of sheet metal installation experience in a commercial roofing environment Roofing-specific sheet metal experience is required Ability to read and interpret project drawings and installation specs Comfortable working at heights — must be able to climb ladders up to 60 ft Ability to lift 75 lbs or more regularly Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Minimum 18 years of age Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits $28-$38/hr based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for advancement Full-time, steady commercial work Working Conditions Outdoor field environment with exposure to heat, noise, and varying weather Extensive standing, walking, climbing, and lifting throughout the workday Full compliance with OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations required at all times Subject to random drug and alcohol testing per company and regulatory policy Occasional extended hours or weekends based on project needs Pioneer Roofing Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
