Sheet Metal Mechanic:

You'll be: Leading and coordinating maintenance and repair activities for aircraft structural systems and components Ensuring all work complies with FAA regulations and technical data requirements Collaborating with maintenance leadership to achieve planning and operational goals Assigning work duties for maximum utilization of manpower and resolving work-related issues Conducting meetings to inform team members of assignments and deadlines Completing annual performance evaluations and managing disciplinary actions Coaching and developing team members for continuous growth and talent development Coordinating inspections and sign-offs with repair station inspectors Communicating professionally and positively with customers regarding work order status Occasionally traveling to remote locations for emergency repairs or inspections This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have proven sheet metal/composite experience (minimum 5 years in aviation sheet metal/composite) Possess strong team leadership, employee motivation, and safety consciousness skills Can read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and technical/structure repair manuals (minimum 5 years required) Are proficient with general computer use, including MS Office software Have at least 3 years of experience leading people within a maintenance/modification setting Hold an Airframe license Have a high school diploma or equivalent Are authorized to work in the United States and are a U.S. citizen What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
