BAS/Mechanical Systems Job Description:

The Sheet Metal Mechanic is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal components for HVAC and mechanical systems. This includes working with ductwork, vents, roofing, and structural metal components according to design specifications. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting blueprints to deliver precise, high-quality installations and repairs in both field and shop environments. Qualifications for Sheet Metal Mechanic•

BAS/Mechanical Systems:

Minimum 1 year experience (3+ years preferred) as a Sheet Metal Mechanic in HVAC or commercial construction. Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings. Skilled in operating power brakes, shears, and forming tools. Strong understanding of HVAC duct systems and airflow design. Ability to work safely and efficiently in both field and shop environments. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple job sites. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Additional Requirements for Sheet Metal Mechanic
