This is a working lead position. Applicant must be able to coordinate and install all aspects of sheet metal work pertaining to commercial HVAC projects.

Qualifications/Competencies:

Must have minimum of 3 years' experience installing sheet metal duct on commercial projects such as (schools, hospitals, multi-story buildings, colleges, new construction, demo & remodel) Must have all hand tools necessary to complete projects in a timely manner Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings Measure appropriate size of sheet metal Valid Driver's license Pass Pre-employment drug screening Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and frequently carry 40 lbs. unassisted Ability to lift tools, duct and fixtures overhead Ability to work at heights including climbing on ladders, scaffolding and stair cases Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as bend, crouch, kneel and work in small spaces Compensation Based on
