What You'll Do:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal components Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ensure high-quality welds and maintain production standards Work with team members to troubleshoot and improve processes

What You Need:

2+ years of sheet metal welding experience (REQUIRED) Experience with MIG and TIG welding Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Background in a precision fabrication shop strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and quality
