By leveraging your technical expertise in CNC machinery and blueprint interpretation, you will ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing fabrication workflows. Responsibilities Program and operate advanced CNC press brake systems to achieve precise bends and complex geometries. Translate engineering blueprints and flat patterns into finished products by selecting the correct tooling and bend sequences. Drive quality assurance by conducting thorough first-article inspections using calipers, height gauges, and protractors. Maximize machine efficiency by proactively monitoring performance and performing real-time adjustments. Maintain a high standard of output by verifying dimensions against technical specifications throughout the production cycle. Support efficient shop floor operations through safe material handling techniques, including the use of overhead cranes and hoists. Qualifications Required Skills 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing setting. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, bend deductions, and fabrication symbols. Solid understanding of sheet metal properties, including thickness, bend allowances, and material forming characteristics. Physical capability to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Direct experience with CNC press brake systems such as Amada, Accurpress, or Cincinnati. Current certification or documented experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes. Proven track record of maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
