In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality sheet metal components that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Operate various sheet metal fabrication tools and machinery, including brakes, hardware insertion machines, and assembly. Ensure all fabricated products meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in sheet metal fabrication is a plus. Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a fabrication environment. Shift hours are Monday - Thursday from 2:30 pm - 1:00 am Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
