Sheet Metal / Heavy Structures Technicians - B777 Heavy Check
Location:
Kansas City, MO
Contract Length:
3-4 Months
Pay Rate:
$35-$40/hour We are currently seeking experienced Sheet Metal / Heavy Structures Technicians for a 3-4 month contract opportunity in Kansas City, MO supporting a heavy C-check maintenance project on Boeing 777 aircraft.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform structural repairs and modifications on Boeing 777 aircraft during heavy maintenance and C-check operations Remove, repair, fabricate, and install sheet metal components and structural assemblies Interpret blueprints, structural repair manuals (SRMs), engineering drawings, and technical documentation Perform drilling, riveting, fitting, and metal fabrication work Inspect aircraft structures for damage, corrosion, and wear Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards Accurately document completed maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
Previous aircraft sheet metal and/or heavy structures experience required Boeing 777 experience strongly preferred Heavy maintenance / C-check experience preferred Ability to read and interpret aircraft blueprints and SRMs Must have own tools Ability to work overtime as needed Must be able to pass required compliance screenings and background checks
Compensation & Benefits:
