The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to high quality workmanship. Position Responsibilities Fabricate and install ductwork for commercial HVAC systems, including rectangular, spiral, and specialty components Interpret blueprints and coordinated BIM drawings to ensure accurate layout and installation Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment such as brakes, shears, plasma tables, and forming tools Assemble, hang, and seal duct systems in accordance with project specifications and mechanical codes Collaborate with field teams and other trades to maintain project schedules and installation accuracy Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial sheet metal or HVAC duct installation Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and layout documents Strong understanding of duct fabrication, transitions, fittings, and airflow requirements Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
