Job Description

SUMMARY Fabricates sheet metal components that are required in the production of equipment that is utilized in the air filtration industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develops layout and plans sequence of operations. Locates and marks bending and cutting lines onto workpiece. Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters and drill presses. Hammers, chips and grinds work piece to cut, bend and straighten metal.
QUALITY:
Performs prescribed quality procedures in accordance with plant quality system requirements.

EXPERIENCE
High School diploma (minimum) Trade School preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Should be capable of lifting fifty pounds and be able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Must be able to freely bend and stoop. Must posses good hand/eye coordination, along with good visual acuity. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
