We cut, bend, weld, and deliver custom sheet metal for contractors, builders, and businesses across northern Nevada. We're hiring someone who can run jobs on the shop floor and get finished work out the door and to the customer. What you'll do Fabricate sheet metal parts from shop drawings: cutting, bending, forming, welding Run shears and press brakes (training provided if needed) Pull material, stage jobs, and keep your work area clean Load the truck and deliver finished work to customer sites in Reno, Sparks, Truckee, and the California area Help with general shop work: inventory, organizing stock, keeping the place running What we need The basics Must be 18 or older Clean driving record, or at minimum a current, valid driver's license Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and on your feet all day Drug-free workplace Cell phone for delivery coordination On the road Comfortable driving a truck through northern Nevada and into California Able to safely secure loads on the truck (tie-downs, straps, proper load distribution) Professional and friendly with customers at delivery sites Shows up clean and ready to represent Pro Form Metals Honest and trustworthy. You'll be at customer sites, sometimes alone. In the shop Reliable, on time, and able to follow shop drawings Reads a tape measure to 1/16" Basic measuring and math Wears required PPE without being reminded Organized, driven, and hard working Takes direction well and works independently when needed Sheet metal experience is a plus. Welding experience is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus, or willing to certify. Willingness to learn is not optional.
