Job Description

Skillforce is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics to fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and architectural metal components for commercial and multi-family construction projects in Clarksville, TN. The anticipated work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 40-50 hours a week and pay is up to $32/hr depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and job specifications Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools Install HVAC ducts, vents, and architectural metal features Perform on-site layout and assembly Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and alignment Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors
Qualifications:
4+ year of sheet metal installation experience Proficient with brakes, shears, saws, and welding tools Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong attention to detail and physical stamina Why Join Skillforce?
