Job Description

Serving Jackson, TN, and surrounding areas in West Tennessee, we specialize in residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication services. From installation and repair to custom designs and maintenance, we prioritize delivering high-value service with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and safety. As Sheet Metal installer, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal components for HVAC systems in residential settings. Compensation aspects of the role are dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sheet Metal Installer, based in Jackson, TN.
Principal responsibilities include the following:
Install ductwork, fittings, and sheet metal components according to project specifications Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely Seal and insulate duct systems as required Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Qualifications Previous sheet metal or HVAC installation experience preferred Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and workmanship Understanding of EPA regulations and guidelines Commitment to excellent customer satisfaction and service Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in an on-site environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record
