Job Description
Roofer Chicks® is looking for an experienced sheet metal professional who takes pride in craftsmanship. We are seeking someone with experience fabricating and installing custom roofing sheet metal components, including: Chimney crickets Chimney flashing and counter flashing Valley pans Custom roof penetrations Wall flashing Step flashing Soldered sheet metal details Specialty flashing for shingle, tile, metal, and low-slope roofing systems This is not production gutter work. We are looking for someone who understands roofing details, water management, and how to fabricate clean, professional-looking metal work that performs as well as it looks. What We're Looking For Proven sheet metal fabrication and installation experience Experience with soldering and custom flashing details Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Pride in producing high-quality workmanship Employment Options We are open to either: W-2 employment, or 1099 subcontractor arrangements The position structure will depend on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
