We have been in business for over 50 years and are still growing! We are looking for a candidate to work in our Sheet Metal Shop. As a sheet metal fabricator, you will be responsible for building ductwork for HVAC (heating and air conditioning )systems for our customers homes. This is NOT a welding position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build ductwork and fittings Use a tape measure to properly measure and cut sheet metal. Use various hand tools Operate various machines, including a brake, pittsburg, pneumatic shear and snap lock to bend, cut and shape sheet metal. Pull, sort and stage parts and material Operate a forklift to load and unload sheet metal/material Stock shelves, build up stock inventory Run parts to job sites Keep shop and warehouse clean and organized

Qualifications:

Prior sheet metal fabrication is preferred, but we will train the right person Ability to do basic math skills, including fractions, read and use a tape measure accurately Have reliable transportation Dedicated and able to work in all types of weather Ability to lift 50 lbs. Communicate clearly ,follow written and verbal directions

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old to apply. -Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen. We are a private employer and do not accept Medical Marijuana Cards. Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Pass a full background check. Your background must be clean.
