Job Description

To support our continued growth, we are adding a Manufacturing Worker to our team. In this role, you will fabricate, build, and assemble HVAC sheet metal and ductwork in a production environment, ensuring materials are prepared accurately and efficiently for installation at commercial job sites. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, ductwork orders, and schematics to fabricate required HVAC structures. Select appropriate materials based on job specifications and structural requirements. Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal to precise dimensions. Weld, rivet, roll, solder, or fasten seams using screws or other approved methods. Perform assembly-line tasks such as punching holes, bending gutters, and preparing duct sections. Operate sheet metal fabrication machinery and related software applications safely and efficiently. Maintain production schedules and meet output demands. Coordinate equipment shutdowns and startups with other departments as needed. Maintain accurate records for projects and repairs. Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. QualificationsRequirements Ability to complete sheet metal fabrication projects with accuracy and precision. Proficient in safely using sheet metal tools, machinery, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong measuring, multitasking, and time-management skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of:
HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair practices HVAC tools, equipment, and mechanical systems Electrical and control systems related to HVAC Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Physical Requirements Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 lbs with assistance.
