Job Description
Overview Join our team with a hybrid position allowing you to develop skills in both sheet metal fabrication and warehouse operations. With this position, you will learn how to fabricate fittings used in residential HVAC applications, manage inventory levels, and stage deliveries. You will play a vital role in supporting production processes, ensuring quality standards, and gaining hands-on experience with advanced equipment. Responsibilities Assist with the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components using hand tools and power tools Operate and maintain machinery. Read and interpret technical drawings, and schematics to ensure precise fabrication and assembly Support warehouse activities including inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and organized storage of sheet metal parts Participate in safety protocols by adhering to equipment guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes Familiarity with technical drawings Experience or willingness to learn machining techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment safely Strong attention to detail with excellent math skills for measurements and calculations Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Prior experience in welding or fabrication is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude toward learning is essential This opportunity provides comprehensive training in sheet metal fabrication, machining technology, quality inspection techniques, and warehouse operations.
