Sheet Metal Worker - Build High‑Quality, Large‑Scale Projects in a Clean, Modern Shop Step into a role where your craftsmanship truly matters. As a Sheet Metal Worker , you'll take full ownership of projects that become pressure vessels, food and dairy tanks, and other large‑scale industrial equipment. You'll work primarily with stainless steel and aluminum , using top‑tier equipment in a bright, spacious, and well‑organized shop. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position where your skill, precision, and pride in your work are valued every day. What You'll Do Set up and operate a 400‑ton Pacific press brake with confidence and precision Interpret blueprints and manage projects from start to finish Select your own materials and cut them to size using a shear Perform high‑quality metal fabrication and sheet metal cutting Execute seam welding and use grinders/finishers to achieve clean, professional results Contribute to a collaborative, team‑driven shop environment What You Bring Hands‑on experience in metal fabrication and sheet metal cutting Strong proficiency with press brake operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with seam welding and fabrication tools

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
