RESIDENTIAL SOLAR CREW
(ELECTRICAL & ROOF
LEAD, AND INSTALLERS
) Job Overview Central California Residential Solar crew needed. All aspects of resi home installations with the additional commercial jobs available as well. Includes new installs, new home per-wires, add-on systems, service, and commercial installs. Duties Safely install solar panels, mounting hardware, inverters, and electrical components on residential and commercial rooftops Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations aligned with project specifications. Connect electrical wiring for high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Utilize roofing skills to ensure secure mounting of solar equipment on various roof types while maintaining safety protocols and watertightness. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times during construction projects. Requirements Proven experience as a residential and/or commercial electrician or in electrical construction projects with knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems. Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, NEC standards, and blueprint reading skills. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, roofing techniques, and construction site safety. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed installation procedures. Construction or roofing experience is highly desirable to navigate rooftop environments safely. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
