Position:

PV Roof Installer As a PV Roof Installer, you'll play a critical role in our field operations team, working on residential and commercial solar installations. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely installations while representing ROI Solar's professionalism on customer job sites. Responsibilities Safely install PV solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops. Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation locations and requirements. Collaborate with crew members to meet installation deadlines and quality expectations. Assist in loading/unloading materials, staging, and job site preparation. Utilize hand tools, power tools safely and effectively during installations. Maintain clean and organized work areas on rooftops and ground sites. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide solutions as Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and ROI Solar's quality guidelines.needed. Submit post-installation photos and documentation as required. Experience Proven experience as a solar installer or in a similar role within the electrical or roofing industry. Comfort working at heights and on steep or uneven roof surfaces. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage, low voltage, and NEC regulations. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, sun, etc.). Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is essential for successful installations. Team player with good communication skills. Background in commercial PV installation work is a plus. A commitment to safety practices on the job site is crucial for this position.
