We are hiring experienced Residential Solar Installers to support new construction and residential solar projects throughout the Inland Empire, CA area. Projects include single-family homes, multi-family communities, and apartment developments. Job site locations may vary based on active projects. What You'll Do Install solar attachments, racking, modules, inverters, conduit, and electrical equipment Complete rough and finish electrical work for residential PV systems Perform roof layout measurements and panel placement Seal and weatherproof roof penetrations Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and fall protection standards Maintain quality workmanship and professional conduct on job sites What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential solar installation experience
