This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the electrical or renewable energy industry. Some electrical background or hands-on experience is required, and we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to grow their skills. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stands behind the quality of their installations, and is committed to learning and advancing in the trade. Work Schedule Construction hours vary depending on project needs. Some weeks may be lighter at around 30 hours, while others may reach up to 50 hours. Our goal is to maintain schedules as close to 40 hours per week as possible. Occasional weekend overtime may be available based on project demands, though we make every effort to keep weekends free. Key Responsibilities Assist with commercial and residential electrical installations Install solar and battery storage systems Support electricians and lead installers on job sites Handle tools, materials, and site preparation Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all safety procedures and company standards Types of Projects Commercial electrical and solar installations (primary focus moving forward) Residential solar and battery installations Main service panel upgrades EV charger installations Whole-home wiring ADU wiring projects Occasional residential electrical work Qualifications Some electrical experience or trade school background required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Comfortable working on roofs and at heights Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials Commitment to following safety procedures and properly wearing required PPE at all times Reliable transportation to job sites Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Growth Opportunity This role offers continued hands-on training in electrical and renewable energy work, with opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow.
